The National Basketball Association's franchise in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA, the Bucks were founded in 1968. The Bucks won the NBA Championship in 1971, powered by the great Lew Alcindor, who would later change his name to Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. In addition to Kareem, other Hall Of Famers who have played for the Bucks include Dave Cowens, Alex English, Bob Lanier, Oscar Robertson, Moses Malone and Julius "Dr. J" Erving.
