CARSON, Calif. (AP) — Defenders Cory Gibbs and Clarence Goodson were dropped from the U.S. roster for a Jan. 24 exhibition game against Sweden. The pair were replaced by Jason Hernandez of the San Jose Earthquakes and Ugo Ihemelu of the Colorado Rapids, the U.S. Soccer Federation said Thursday.
